Q-Storming is an advanced form of brainstorming that predictably stimulates the discovery of new questions and new possibilities. It can be used for resolving problems, strategic planning, and innovation. We “storm” questions rather than answers or solutions because it is questions that have the most power to open doors to fresh thinking, new possibilities, and innovative solutions. Q-Storming sessions can be conducted in multiple versions and used by teams or groups as well as by individuals in contexts such as coaching, management or sales. Q-Storming can be conducted “in person” or virtually and is also a value-add for virtual and global teams. The Inquiry Institute offers two levels of training in the Q-Storming process. Corporate in-house trainings are also available. All courses offered by Inquiry Institute
